What Can We Offer:
Hourly base starting at $18/ hr. and up to $22/hr. based upon skills and experience

What You'll Do:
Learn our processes and quality standards to deliver A+ customer service and best in class workmanship.
Assist the Lead Installer in installing home remodeling products according to Rite Window's standards.
Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
Help with any setup and cleanup required for Rite Window remodeling jobs
Communicate progress with management team at the end of each installation
Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion
Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
What You 'll Bring:
Replacement Window & Door Installation, or carpentry experience preferred
6+ months of Remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience required
A valid driver's license and good driving record.
Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.
Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work in an outside setting for extended periods of time
Lift up to 75LB
All candidates must successfully complete and pass a pre-employment screening.
