Job Description

Works with the Project Team, Business Technology and Business to ensure detailed use cases and business requirements are created

Uses professional techniques such as facilitating, JAD sessions, BPR sessions that result in requirements gathering and analysis of need

Coordinates with various departments to determine business needs and prepare the requirements  

Partners with Product Owners for training, tech spotlights, etc.  to ensure business user group is fully utilizing new efficiencies

Research, diagnoses, and performs issue resolution when business problems arise

Partners closely with Product Owner to ensure discovery aligns with product roadmap priority

Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.

Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
