Overview:

The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Compliance department on projects, audits, and reports. Additionally, the Compliance Coordinator supports HR compliance.

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

Work with compliance to maintain I9s by assisting store managers with questions and problem solving.

Work with associates with relocation requests.

Answer calls, emails, and questions from associates.

Coordination of state/federal and local labor law posters.

Responsible for maintaining and updating Associate Handbook.

Create and maintain job codes and job descriptions.

Retain and enter THQ monthly incentives.

Work to coordinate required government contractor reports such AAP, EEO-1 and Vets-4212.

Create and maintain job codes and job descriptions.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not require any supervisory responsibility.

Work Environment

The incumbent is in a busy office area and is faced with constant interruptions on a regular basis.

Physical Demands

This position requires frequent sitting, use of hands, talking and listening. Periodically this position walks, stands and reaches.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position that is scheduled 40 hours per week.

Travel

No travel is expected for this position.

Strong communication skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Microsoft Office Suite

Required Education and Experience

The preferred requirements for this position are a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or at least 2 years of specific experience and/or training related to the essential functions of the job; or equivalent combination of education and training.
