Overview:
The Module QC Supervisor is responsible for planning and directing activities concerned with the development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for processes, materials, and products.
Responsibilities:
(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)
Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes for the company's automotive parts products
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and reduce defects
Manage and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports, process flow charts, and quality control plans
Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify and address quality issues and ensure compliance with industry standards
Coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve quality issues and implement improvements
Conduct audits of the company's quality control system and processes to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards and regulations
Train and educate staff on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure that quality issues are identified and resolved promptly
Complies with and promotes safety in the workplace
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of three (3) years in supervisor role or leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, preferably in the automotive industry
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Microsoft Office experience (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Leadership skills and the ability to motivate Team Members
Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Excellent communication (Verbal and Written)
Good organizational skills
Ability to make good decisions and take decisive action in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Education & Experience:
Associates or Bachelor’s degree
Experience in Just in Sequence in Automotive industry
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
Domestic / International travel required
Working Conditions:
Office and production line, some walking and standing within and between buildings
Monday-Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm, Overtime as needed
Working hours: Can be changed after the start of mass production
