Responsibilities:

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team. This role requires a high level of professional, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Provide coverage on phones, manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate meals and event planning.

Collaborate with our travel department to organize and manage complex travel itineraries, including flights accommodations and transportation.

Handle check requests and purchase orders, and file expense reports.

Arrange and coordinate executive interviews, acting as a liaison with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Service as a point of contact between executives and various departments, including Communications, Physical Plant, and IT for phones computers and other equipment needed.

Address and fulfill various ad hoc requests from the executive team as needed.

Maintain and organize electronic filings for easy access and retrieval.

Work with Security to ensure smooth and secure visits for guests and visitors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Micro office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detailed oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Salary Range

$65,000.00-$95,000.00 USD 

The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices 3-4 days per week and also be available for travel as required.

The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the U.S. and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training
