Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring patients have been cleared for radiology procedures receiving approvals for and scheduling of procedures for all modalities with minimal phone wait times. Able to perform all duties of a Radiology Call Center Representative. Manages multiple processes including inbound and outbound calls, fax and moderately complex computer systems.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED

Minimum two (2) years experience with the referral/authorization process and interacting with insurance carriers

Preferred College level business courses helpful

Preferred scheduling experience in a Radiology setting

Familiarity with the referral/authorization process and interacting with insurance carriers

Bi-lingual Spanish
