Requirements
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Internal Medicine
Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Internal Medicine
Active state medical license and DEA registration
Excellent clinical skills and a patient-centered approach to care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in electronic health record systems
