We're a private practice in search of a Front Office Coordinator position for an exceptional and experienced patient service representative. Knowledge of patient scheduling, insurance processing, and dental terminology is a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, with an outgoing, friendly personality. Eaglesoft or similar dental software knowledge preferred. Experience a plus; We are willing to train the right candidate.

Schedule: You will be thrilled to know that we work NO WEEKENDS! 

Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Friday- 7:00am - 1:00pm

Responsibilities:

Front Office Coordinator Tasks and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Answer and manage incoming calls.

Schedule patient appointments.

Greet patients and notify the clinical staff of patient's arrival.

Verify patient personal and insurance information

Secure all necessary paperwork and patient signatures.

Secure payment and/or set up financial arrangements with the patient.

Prepare all patient records for next day appointments.

Confirm upcoming appointments and recalls according to office protocol.

Coordinate patient treatment plans for doctors.

Manage Insurance processing/patient billing

Oversee patient communication services

Perform other tasks as deemed necessary to insure efficient patient flow in the office.

Qualifications:

1 year of prior experience working in dentistry as a Front Office Coordinator or related field is preferred but not required

Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus!

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
