Responsibilities:
What You Will Do:
Prepare detailed project plans (including timelines, objectives, deliverables, etc.) and track stakeholder progress to ensure projects are completed timely
Use independent judgment and discretion to complete various projects, prepare presentations, etc.
Perform administrative duties to support the CEO and other members of the executive team
Manage the CEO’s calendar and workflow, including organizing meetings, managing travel arrangements, etc.
Perform office manager duties, including supply inventory management, working with vendors to complete work orders, etc.
Manage call and visitor workflows
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of two years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, Office Manager, or similar role
Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced start-up company environment
Customer service mentality
