As a Reservations Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of our reservations department, from managing reservations inquiries to maximizing room occupancy and revenue. Qualifications:

Previous experience in a reservations or front desk role within the hospitality industry preferred

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership position

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in reservation management systems and software

Knowledge of revenue management principles

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
