Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of Program Managers helping lead and drive on-time, successful delivery of high-visibility, complex project launches, managing schedule, scope, and budget of Retail Wireless initiatives

Ensure there is top-to-bottom coordination in launch planning, go-to-market and provide support during post-launch windows

Effectively manage and resolve project risks and issues in a proactive manner with appropriate upstream and downstream communications

Prioritize team workload balancing the priorities and skill sets of the team, to ensure team is coordinated in an aggressive delivery environment

Conduct and lead team meetings to achieve project goals, obtain feedback, and secure approvals for requirements documents

Provide project status updates to team and Executives, and act as a business lead collaborating with IT to ensure proper representation and understanding of business impacts

Skills, Experience and Requirements:

Education and Experience:

BA/BS in a technical or business discipline

8+ years of program management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience in the wireless industry preferred

Skills and Qualifications:

Experienced in launching consumer market products and services

Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills

Skilled in managing and completing cross-functional team tasks
