Join our company as the Night Shift Supervisor. Lead and supervise night shift operations with minimal supervision, overseeing a broad range of production processes and ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe manufacturing across various work centers.
Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
We offer a competitive salary plus benefits! Medical,401K, PTO & Holidays.
Pay: $27.50 - $31 / hour
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:Education & Skills: High School diploma or equivalent with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
Experience: Strong knowledge of production processes, machine operation, and supervision.
Physical Ability: Lift up to 80 lbs, stand for long periods, wear safety equipment, and move drums weighing up to 500 lbs with use of ahand truck.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:Manufacturing & Machine Operation: Set up molds, jigs, and tooling, operate multiple machines, and perform precise measurements.
Supervision: Manage and motivate team members, ensure tasks are performed to standard, and promote a safe working environment.
Data Management & Improvement: Record labor data, recommend process enhancements, and participate in developing product documents.
Maintenance & Safety: Perform preventative maintenance and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
