Physical endurance to work hands-on, stand for extended periods, and lift boxes weighing 50 to 80lb
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
Nice to Haves:
Prior exposure to B2B, D2C or eCommerce
fulfillment logistics
Experience with eCommerce
Familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems
Practical experience in a hands-on role
Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with customer service and case management
