We are seeking an experienced senior designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, expertise in e-commerce product presentation, and the ability to lead creative projects from concept to completion.  This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the visual direction of our company and drive business growth through compelling product presentation. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative concepts that effectively communicate product advantages and brand messaging.

Guide the creative development of digital assets (web banners, Amazon store content, websites, landing pages, email campaigns) and print materials (catalogs, flyers, packaging), ensuring cohesive brand presentation

Direct and oversee product photography and videography, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned visuals for eCommerce platforms, marketing, and social media.

Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development

Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and leadership

Review and approve final designs before publication

Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the creative process and team output.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

5+ years of experience in design, with at least 3 years focused on e-commerce or digital product design in a senior role

Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and e-commerce expertise

Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma)

Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and conversion rate optimization

Experience in directing photo and video shoots

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder

Benefits

Salary Range: 

$70,000 - $80,000 per year
