About the role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join a highly reputable private hospital based in Bristol. The hospital is the largest modern private healthcare provider in the South West and this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Occupational Therapist to join their friendly team. The team are passionate about person centred care and put their patients at the heart of everything they do and looking for a like-minded Occupational Therapist to join them. The hospital has excellent facilities as well as 5 well equipped modern operating theatres and an Intensive Care Unit.

Duties and responsibilities
You will be working as an Occupational Therapist and will be responsible for the following duties;

Assessment and treatment for patients within in and out- patient service
Pre-operative assessment and post-operative hand splinting clinic
Develop practice in assessing and addressing patients wellbeing and health needs
Develop and suggest improvements to services
Lead others in the development of knowledge
Who we're looking for

Degree (BSc Hons Occupational therapy) or equivalent is essential
HCPC registration with no restrictions
Eligibility to live and work in the UK
Post-Graduate Diploma in specialist programme
At least 2 years post graduate experience in UK is essential
Experience of post- operative hand splinting is essential
Experience of applying clinical reasoning skills and leading a team
Excellent communication skills
