Overview:

This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following locations:  Georgia, North Carolina

This position is responsible for providing the necessary know-how to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively and efficiently per First Citizens Bank Standard and Procedures.

This position creates and facilitates Project Management courses as assigned through a range of delivery methods. They will be responsible for the success of assigned courses and serve as a subject matter expert in the creation and modification of content along with maintaining a strong awareness of FCB Policies and Standards plus actively practices industry methods for facilitation to maximize associate and contractor success and development.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver First Citizens Bank (FCB) project management training programs in compliance with the Enterprise Project Office (EPO) standards to employees and contractors

Produce and update course materials. (Examples: audio/visual presentations, example templates, quick access trainings and other resources).

Assess learner and management needs and customize training programs accordingly.

Identify skill gaps and recommend improvement measures.

Monitor and evaluate trainees’ development.

Create and maintain records of training activities.

Develop and implement tests to assess learners understanding and progress.

Stay up to date with changes in project management best practices and trends.

Provide feedback to management on training outcomes.

Participate in professional development activities to stay current with EPO standards and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years experience in Project Management or Program Management

-OR- High School Diploma with 12 years experience in Project Management or Program Management

Preferred:

Experience in working within the First Citizens Bank Project Management Standards. Preferred but not required - PMP, CSM, CSPO and/or SAFe Certifications.

Experience in common Project Management Tools to be included in the trainings: Clarity
