Responsibilities:
This position shall be responsible for the development and administration of all education and quality assessment activities within the environmental services department. Position shall develop, conduct and monitor education programs including but not limited to orientation and skills training. Position shall also assist in the development of QA parameters/monitors and be responsible for tracking, monitoring, recording and reporting on quality assurance and service delivery performance.
Qualifications:
Must possess a high school diploma or GED
Minimum A.A. degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in supervising/Managing Environmental Services personnel.
3-5 years’ experience with quality or performance improvement activities - in a full or part time capacity.
1-2 years’ experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Min:
USD $31.11/Hr.
Max:
USD $56.00/Hr.
