Additional Information
With $1 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift. This is a direct hire role.
Shifts: New employees can expect to begin on 2nd or 3rd shift. (2nd
shift: 2PM - 10PM; 3rd shift: 10PM - 6AM) Overtime: The union contract
allows AAM to mandate 2/3 Saturdays a month. Overtime schedules are
posted every Thursday and works on a rotational basis. Overtime Pay:
Over 40 hours and Saturdays are 1.5x hourly pay; Sunday and holidays are
paid 2x hourly pay.
