A leading global Automotive and Mobility Supplier is seeking a talented electrician to bring their expertise to their innovative projects. Key Responsibilities:
Install and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and fixtures
Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues
Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
Collaborate with clients to understand their electrical needs and provide solutions
Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and building codes
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Train and mentor junior electricians as needed
Experience Required
Electricians with Journeyman's card, or 7+ years of direct electrician experience.
Must have experience in a manufacturing environment on manufacturing equipment NOT facilities maintenance.
Experience industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, high voltage (medium voltage), 480V, 120V, down to 24-volt DC circuitry.
Electric work must be on machines in the manufacturing environment, in any industry PLC experience, Allen Bradley preferred Familiar with going through the parameters of Program Frequency Drives (controls engineers help with this but familiarity is important)
Most importantly, should be able to show examples of troubleshooting these items.
Troubleshooting can range from troubleshooting proximity switches, light screens and safety circuits, cables, ethernet and communication issues, motors, drives, relays, etc.
Experience Preferred
Automotive industry experience
Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controllers on CNC machines preferred.
