In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience from the moment they walk in until their vehicle is service-ready.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assess their automotive service needs through effective communication and active listening
Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs, including cost estimates and timelines
Schedule appointments, manage service workflows, and keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles
Collaborate with technicians to ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed accurately and on time
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, work orders, and service history
Address customer concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction through follow-ups and resolutions
Promote additional services and maintenance packages to enhance customer experience and vehicle longevity
Requirements
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong understanding of automotive repairs and maintenance procedures
Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs effectively
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with automotive service software and repair estimation tools
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in automotive technology is a plus
