Job Description
Responsibilities:
Serve as a lead engineer for new oral dosage product process development, scaling and transfer from R&D to global manufacturing plants/TPMs.
Provide technical expertise to marketed products. Responsible for the implantation of technical projects and providing direction for the technical team.
Design and execute lab and commercial scale experiments for product and process development, improvement an/optimization. Demonstrates high proficiency across a wide range of relevant technologies.
Formulate technical sound conclusion and/or design follow-on experiments based on multidisciplinary data. Present scientific concept and results to cross functional stakeholders
Demonstrate scientific initiative and creativity in research or development activities. Adapts and integrates newer approaches and technologies that are scientifically meaningful, reliable, and can be incorporated directly into a research or development program.
Author of internal and external publications, presentations as well as CMC related regulatory documents.
Maintain a high level of productivity in the lab and/or pilot plant.
Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding code of conduct, safety, appropriate handling of materials, GxP compliance, and animal care where applicable.
