Overview:
Direct Placement Recruiter
The Judge Group is looking for a Direct Hire Recruiter to manage the full life cycle recruitment process from identifying business opportunities to the recruiting and fulfillment of the position. As a direct hire recruiter, you will be responsible for the development and growth of a client base through strategic sales activity. This includes developing relationships with key hiring managers, negotiating business terms, as well as the development of job postings, sourcing/identifying qualified candidates, presenting candidates to clients, and managing the client and candidates through the entire hiring process.
Responsibilities:

Research, market and effectively present our services to new and existing clients
Identify new business and develop relationships key client hiring managers and senior executives
Source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools and social media
Build relationships with top candidates, conduct professional interviews via phone, video and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients
Developing job postings, searching/screening/identifying qualified candidates, presenting candidates to clients, and managing the client and candidates through the entire hiring process.
Expand and maintain existing client base, maintain consistent pipeline of prospective business and secure qualified opportunities
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of in a Sales, Business Development, Account Manager or Recruiter role
Direct Hire experience in an Agency environment preferred but not required
Accounting & Finance, HR & Marketing, Food, Beverage or CPG, Retail, Industrial and/or Consumer Products staffing experience preferred but not required
Proven sales track record – Account Manager / Business Development
Ability to develop and grow national and/or mid-market accounts
Bachelor’s degree preferred
