Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service hotel , preferrably in the lifestyle space
Strong financial acumen and proven success in managing budgets, revenue, and expenses
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills; ability to communicate effectively with your team, Davidson, and ownership
Ability to think strategically and drive results
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
