Overview:
This position is based in NYC and will be hybrid (3 days a week) to our NYC office.
We have an exciting opportunity open here at Foot Locker Inc. We are looking to hire a Director, Partner Marketing who will be responsible for leading the development of integrated marketing plans for select partner accounts that build brand love and drive value for Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker. You will work in close collaboration with the VP Partner Marketing, FLNA to concept, pitch and execute initiatives that drive customer demand and support overall strategic objectives. You will also be responsible for strategic planning, program development, managing co-op investment, reporting on KPIs, account management and internal and external briefing.
Responsibilities:
Partner with key accounts to co-create big ideas that differentiate Foot Locker and Kids Foot Locker in the marketplace
Develop annual partner plans with aligned campaign goals and KPIs, lead their execution, and analyze and report on program results, taking the learnings on to drive continued ongoing success
Track both brand and sales targets to manage investment in line with sales requirements
Use data to develop unique insight-led ideas, collaborations and activations to populate plans and drive demand.
Develop strategy to meet brand goals and write program briefs to realize the strategy
Follow defined partner and internal E2E processes
Collaborate cross-functionally and globally with Project Management, Brand Marketing, Creative, Product and Merchant teams to develop and maximize growth opportunities with partners
Bring strong communication, organization and account management skills
Provide team leadership, coaching and mentorship to support the Partner Marketing as the team and function continues to evolve, optimizing processe and new opportunities, and capabilities are developed in line with both our partner’s and the business needs
Qualifications:
10+ years marketing experience within multi-vendor retail environment
5+ years team management experience
Proven history of driving successful and measurable campaigns and programs utilizing strategic frameworks
Experience working with large brands
Confident leader and problem-solver with ability to work in a deadline driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Ability to lead, inspire teams
Enjoyment of sneaker culture
