Our client (a Freightliner Dealer) is looking for an experience Diesel Technician (Mechanic) to join their team. This position is responsible for the diagnosing, maintaining and repairing diesel engines and vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines
In a timely effective manner perform routine maintenance and service to diesel engines and vehicles.
Provide exceptional customer service and communication to the customer
Keep accurate records and repairs and maintenance performed
Requirements:
3+ years' experience servicing diesel engines and vehicles.
3+ years' experience using diagnostic tools and experience.
Prior experience in preventative maintenance and major overhauls.
OEM Certification including Detroit Diesel, Cummins, Freightliner or equivalent experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong attention to detail.
