An opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking major project in the Somerset region. We are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team of a major Civil Engineering contractor.

This is truly a fantastic chance to be involved in one of the region’s most challenging and complex construction projects.

The project in question is programmed to last until 2028

As a Quantity Surveyor you will:

* Be part of a friendly commercial team, reporting into a Commercial Manager.

* Be responsible for applications, subcontractor payments and inputting data.

* Organise cash flow forecasts and updating risk registers.

Our client requires a Quantity Surveyor with:

* Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying

* Experience of working for a Civil Engineering contractor, ideally involved with RC Structures, Drainage and General Civils

* Excellent communication skills.
