We are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team of a major Civil Engineering contractor. This is truly a fantastic chance to be involved in one of the region’s most challenging and complex construction projects.

The project in question is programmed to last until 2028

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will:

* Have experience of valuations, variations, monitoring budgets and CE’s

* Manage subcontractor’s applications and payments

* Have working knowledge of NEC contracts

Our client requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor with:

* Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying

* Experience of working for a Civil Engineering contractor, ideally on major projects

* Experience of subcontractor management

* Excellent communication skills
