Job Title: Deputy Manager
Location: Coalville
Salary: £14.50 per hour + £60 per sleep-in
Our client is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager for their 3-bed learning disabilities service based in Coalville. This is a wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is committed to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Manager in the effective operation of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered
* Support staff in implementing individual care plans and promoting the well-being of residents
* Ensure a safe and positive environment for all individuals in the service
* Participate in a rotating shift pattern, including sleep-ins, and undertake ad hoc on-call responsibilities as required
Shift Pattern:
* 1 day on, 2 days off (including sleep-ins)
* Shifts operate between 7:30 am and 11:00 pm
Requirements:
* Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Children’s Care (or equivalent)
* Full UK driving licence
* Previous experience in a residential setting, particularly with learning disabilities
