Salary: £45,000 to £52,000

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bench Joiner to join our team, specializing in the manufacture of bespoke, high-end joinery. The role will involve crafting custom pieces, including kitchens, bedrooms, studies, and wine rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture bespoke joinery to the highest standards, ensuring precision and quality in every project.

Work from detailed technical drawings and designs to produce custom furniture and fittings.

Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and client expectations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the workshop.

Requirements:

Proven experience in bench joinery, particularly with high-end, custom-made pieces.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A positive, professional attitude.

Benefits:

Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
