We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in joinery and carpentry, demonstrating proficiency with hand and power tools.

This role involves working on various projects, including residential and commercial builds, where attention to detail and craftsmanship are paramount. The Joiner will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials.

Job Details:
- Construct and install wooden structures such as doors, windows, cabinets, and furniture.
- Perform joinery tasks with precision, ensuring all work meets quality standards.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to carry out tasks.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site, including electricians and masons, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct repairs on existing wooden structures, including painting and finishing work as required.
- Carry out heavy lifting as necessary for the transportation of materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times while working on-site.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Joiner or Carpenter is essential.
- Familiarity with masonry work is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using various hand tools (saws, chisels, drills) and power tools (routers, sanders).
- Experience in roofing or plumb work is beneficial.
- A strong understanding of joinery techniques and principles is required.
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely is essential for this role.
