Contract/Project
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of metallic and composite components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Utilize GD&T principles to assess and verify the accuracy of parts and assemblies.
Perform detailed inspections using PolyWorks software and other measurement tools.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality checks.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Train and mentor junior inspectors and provide technical guidance as needed.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality policies.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in the motorsport industry, specifically in quality inspection.
Proficient in inspecting metallic and composite materials.
Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Hands-on experience with PolyWorks software.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications in quality inspection or related fields are a plus
