Area Manager
£40,000 to £43,000 with car and bonus
West London Berkshire Area.
An experienced Area Manager is required to support this Blue chip business. You will support and lead 8 stores to start with, and as the business grows manage the set up and launch of new stores. The patch is geographically is around West London so driving is part of the day job and a car will be provided.
The Area Manager will be a great people Manager, who drives performance through coaching showing and checking understanding. The teams are small so getting in to stores and helping the teams to grow is a priority. This candidate will need to be operationally smart and great with admin. The facilities are big and require cleaning and painting schedules to be managed.
If you have been in a field role and your fed up with the large corporate feel, this could be for you. The owners are looking to give this opportunity to a great leader who has strong sales, HR and coaching skills. A great understanding of Microsoft could be a benefit.
