Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
Handling incoming inquiries and resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction
Collaborating with other team members to meet service targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Utilising Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to track and manage customer inquiries and information
Prioritising and managing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations
Demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
