Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support for a variety of IT issues, including software, hardware, and network troubleshooting
Log, prioritise, and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution
Diagnose and resolve IT-related problems either in-person or via remote support tools
Escalate complex issues to second-line support or senior engineers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and basic networking concepts
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks
Great communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
