Job Title: 1st Line Support Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join our well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) team based in Gloucester. Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st line support to clients, diagnosing and resolving technical issues via phone, email, or remote tools.
Escalate complex issues to 2nd and 3rd line teams when necessary.
Assist with monitoring systems and resolving any alerts or warnings.
Document issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Skills:
Previous experience in a 1st line support role, ideally within an MSP or similar environment.
Good understanding of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and basic networking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist clients of all technical levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. What’s on Offer:
