A high-end SME in Winchester is recruiting for an experienced Financial Controller, who will work closely with a financially savvy Managing Director. The newly appointed Financial Controller will take ownership of the finance function, including the leadership of a small team.

What will the Financial Controller position involve?

Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.
Develop financial forecasts to guide the organisation’s financial strategy, in addition to the budgeting process.
Daily cashflow management and forecasting, including foreign exchange contracts.
Monitor financial processes and models and adjust these as necessary.
Ownership of monthly payroll processing and HMRC reporting.
What will you need as Financial Controller?

Full qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent experience.
Proven at leading the finance function of an SME.
Availability to start at short notice.
