CMA Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a growing telecoms business based in Farnborough to recruit a Financial Controller.

You will work closely with the Managing Director, managing the day to day financial activities and over-seeing a small team whilst supporting the strategic planned growth of the company.

What will the Financial Controller role involve?

Working as a business partner to the budget holders, ensuring accountability surrounding the variance results.
Manage and lead the budget, forecasting and strategic planning process - implementing controls as required.
Oversee cashflow planning and management.
Oversee the preparation of the statutory accounts, working with external auditors.
Oversee the transactional finance including purchase ledger, sales ledger and treasury functions.
Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller vacancy:

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a proven track record in similar finance roles ideally within an SME environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong systems knowledge and experience of a previous ERP implementation would be highly desirable.
