Project Operations Manager, B&I London, Monday to Friday £60k
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially minded Project Operations Manager to join our client's team in London.
In this role, you will be
* leading and coordinating strategic projects across one contract or several
* involved in mobilisations, retention initiatives and any other contract specific work
* supporting site managers with the development of any operational projects / issues they may need assistance with
* managing financial targets for projects
* ensuring compliance at each project to finance, HR, EMS and health and safety guidelines
* keeping to project timescales and updating client and sites where required

* Project Operations Management experience within the Hospitality & Catering industry
* Ideally hold Project Management training or qualification (e.g. PRINCE2)
* proven experience of site management and a track record of delivering exceptional food and service standards
* outstanding customer and client focus
* proven experience of managing a team effectively and be able to adapt management style accordingly
* methodical and able to plan and work
* strong interpersonal communication and people skills with the ability to build relationship with clients/Managers/Head Chefs/teams
* exceptional attention to detail
* strong financial acumen
* knowledge of current trends in the food industry
