ABC Teachers is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a Special Education Needs School.

Role Overview:

Responsibilities: Providing individualized support to students with special educational needs, assisting in academic, social, and emotional development.

Tasks: Offering one-on-one or small group support, aiding in academic tasks, social interactions, and behavior management.
Transitions: Assisting students during transitions between activities and classes for a seamless experience.

Requirements
As the suitable Learning Support Assistant you will:

Have a suitable qualification for working with children and young people such as Health and Social Care, Children and Young People's Workforce.
Have experience of working with children with special education needs and disabilities.
Be confident in your abilities and skills to promote happy and confident learners.
Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are a suitable qualification for working with children and experience working with special education needs.
