Job Role: CQC Registered Manager

Location: Loughborough

Salary: £45,000 pa

Healthcare Partnerships is seeking an experienced CQC Registered Manager for a residential service in Loughborough, supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and complex needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished leader who is passionate about delivering person-centred care in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential service, ensuring high standards of care in line with CQC regulations.

Oversee the provision of person-centred care, supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and complex needs to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining a safe and positive environment for both residents and staff.

Manage, mentor, and develop a dedicated team, providing training, support, and leadership to ensure continuous professional development and high-quality care.

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of staff, ensuring the service is always adequately staffed.

Work closely with external professionals, families, and carers to ensure collaborative care planning and a holistic approach to service user needs.

Manage budgets, resources, and service development, ensuring financial sustainability while delivering excellent care.

Maintain strong relationships with the local community, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to promote the service and enhance its reputation.

Essential Skills & Experience:

CQC Registered Manager with a proven track record of managing residential services for adults with learning disabilities, mental health, or complex needs.

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Experience in budget management and resource allocation within a care environment.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with families, carers, professionals, and regulatory bodies.

A compassionate, proactive, and person-centred approach to care, with a passion for supporting adults with complex needs to lead fulfilling lives.
