Registered Manager - Care Home Manager - Learning Disabilities - Autism - Complex Care. Nottingham, Nottinghamshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing national care provider to run their residential home for 9 adults with learning disabilities in Nottingham. You will be a compassionate, caring leader with a commitment to always striving to provide the best levels of care for your clients. You will be confident motivating and developing a team, and always be looking for opportunities to improve your services and how they are delivered.
With the support of a settled team, you will also have a regional manager who will support you with your role. Whilst it might be advantageous to have been CQC registered before, if you are an experienced service manager, care manager or perhaps a supported living manager with solid knowledge of CQC standards, and the ambition to take on a registered role, the organisation will fully support you with this.
As there is a regional management team in place to support you, this also allows you the opportunity to progress to regional management yourself
