We are working with a growing business based in Swadlincote, who are looking to hire an Accounts Administrator. You may have worked within purchase or sales ledger and be keen to experience the full transactional accounts process.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
QBE or Level 2 AAT
Excellent numeracy skills
Kerridge experience desirable but not essential
Good IT skills including Excel
Committed and enthusiastic approach
The ideal candidate will also be:
Reliable, organised, have excellent communication skills and able to work in a busy environment.
Raise invoices within specified timescales
Process invoices with accuracy to ensure information is correct
Processing expenses
Bank reconciliation and allocating payments
Chase payment for outstanding invoices
Supplier statement reconciliation
Resolve supplier queries
Petty cash and credit card reconciliations
Salary & Working Hours:
Salary is £23,000 to £26,000 depending on experience
Full Time - Monday - Friday
