About the role:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational development of children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You will work closely with classroom teachers to deliver engaging lessons, providing tailored support to individual students and small groups. Application Requirements:
• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.
• HLTA qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Understanding of the diverse needs of children, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers in planning and delivering high-quality lessons.

• Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback to teachers.
• Create a stimulating and organized classroom environment.
• Support children with their social, emotional, and academic development.
