About the role:

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational development of children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You will work closely with classroom teachers to deliver engaging lessons, providing tailored support to individual students and small groups. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help to create a positive learning experience, fostering a supportive and stimulating environment where children can thrive. Application Requirements:

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.

• HLTA qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential).

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• A positive, enthusiastic approach to supporting children’s learning.

• Understanding of the diverse needs of children, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering high-quality lessons.

• Provide support to students in small groups and one-on-one settings.

• Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback to teachers.

• Create a stimulating and organized classroom environment.

• Support children with their social, emotional, and academic development.

• Help maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
