We are delighted to work with a not-for-profit business that offers much-needed service and support to a particular section of our community. As their Human Resources Manager, you will be expected to lead and foster a positive working environment.
We hope to find an HR Manager who can demonstrate their ability to create and develop a respectful working environment whilst assessing and implementing more streamlined procedures and processes. The role encompasses support and advice with employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and payroll.
