As a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping young learners achieve their academic and personal goals. This is a part-time position focused on providing booster sessions and interventions to support students who need a little extra guidance. You’ll be working with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them engage in lessons and activities. • Previous experience working with young children, ideally in a Key Stage 1 setting.
• A strong understanding of SEN and how to support children with special needs.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential).
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide targeted interventions and booster sessions for Key Stage 1 students.
• Work 1:1 or with small groups of children to support their learning needs.
• Assist in classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support students with SEN, ensuring they can access the curriculum and make progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
