Senior Resident Liaison Officer – Social Housing

Staines; must be willing to commute

£30,000 - £40,000 + Car / Allowance

TS Recruitment are working with a Property Services Contractor who are actively recruiting a more Senior RLO. Your official title will be Resident Liaison Officer but there is no senior in place in the business so you must be able to produce your own letters.

This role will involve commuting to tenants houses.

Preparing correspondence to cover issues such as access, delay in works, changing/adding works and resolving issues
Dealing with residents’ complaints and issues, either via email, phone, or visits to their home
Collecting KPIs upon work completion, and logging the results
Arranging appointments for workers and subcontractors where necessary
Building good relationships with the residents
Essential Skills/Knowledge

Driving license is essential
Strong face-to-face customer service experience
Good communicator, both oral and written
Flexible to accommodate the needs of the residents
Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
Basic IT knowledge
