Staines
Up to £60,000 + Car/Allowance
TS Recruitment are working with a leading Social Housing refurbishment Contractor based in the South East who are now actively recruiting a Site Manager. Projects are Social Housing refurbishment; externals; EWI and Retrofit works.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of projects within the social housing sector,
Oversee and coordinate internal and external refurbishment projects in social housing properties.
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with regulations.
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Maintain strong communication with clients, residents, and team members.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a contractor in the social housing sector.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and ability to manage contractors and residents.
