Empiric are supporting a large UK Retailer company supporting looking for a Data Engineer Specialising in Data Vault 2.0. You will join their Data Engineer team, you will be tasked with building a robust Vault 2.0 architecture on the Snowflake data platform

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Data Vault 2.0 methodology.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake data platform.
  • Proficiency in SQL and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Experience with data streaming technologies (eg, Kafka, Kinesis).
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
  • DBT hands-on experience would be preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Key Details:

  • 6 months rolling contract
  • Inside IR35
  • Occasional Travel to London
