Job Description

Warehouse Group Leader is responsible for the daily floor activity and oversight of departmental personnel to ensure compliance with Regulatory, EHS, Training and departmental performance objectives. The Warehouse Group Leader is a recognized SME providing support to employees, management, and areas affecting the Warehouse. Warehouse Group Leader is responsible for helping to maintain and managing the warehouse in the support of manufacture of drug products while maintaining the highest level of compliance and quality. Completing project work and participating in the performance appraisal process.

Responsibilities

Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.

Order materials and track those orders through fulfillment. Tracks inventory usage and orders resupplies as needed.

Prioritize and assign work and coordinate hourly employees and contractors through various tasks that must be completed daily.

Interface daily with key stakeholders to ensure business needs are met and raises issues to supervisor as required.

Ensure employees meet training plans and maintain a safe work environment in the area.
