Job Description

The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) will be part of McDonald’s Global Talent team. Specifically helping Talent Attraction deliver exceptional experience to both internal and external candidates as well as our internal customers.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling of high-volume interviews and meetings via Outlook and other ATS technologies

Coordinating candidate travel

Recruitment support of administrative tasks such as offer generation, positing on paid job boards

Adding new vendors to our system or updating contracts

Providing general administrative support to the Talent Attraction team

Participating in various projects on an as-needed basis

Creating strong partnerships within the TA team and other internal departments

Implement first class experience for all candidates
